Social technologies provide huge opportunities for corporations in the XXI century. The Social Web enables communication with customers, business partners and encourages collaboration inside the company. However, the integration and the use of these technologies is not easy, taking into account that the output of this use is wide: marketing, research, CRM, brand reputation, collaboration, etc. The aim of this project is the transfer of a key skill to the European industry. The Social Media Networker Skills project provides a technological and methodological strategy for online learning assessment, recognition, facilitation and qualification for this new job role.
