Organization of an exchange in Arménia, between a group of nine handicaped people an one young valid from Belgium in charge of 3 group leaders and a group of 9 armenians handicaped people in charge of 5 volunteers. This exchange will be non only in the level of culture and armenian language but also in the level of sport and formation of the volunteers to the supervision of "handicaped people" in this kind of project. Protection of nature will be also one of the objective of this exchange. The two groups will live together during ten days lead by a team including both armenian and belgian group leaders. A particuliar job will be ask to the belgian participants who will be the informal formators about the use of skills, possibilities and responsabilities in the research of an essential autonomy in the field of social inclusion. The team leaders will be able to compare their method of working. This activity will allow to open the exchanges in both direction, non only between the young handicaped people but also between the belgian and armenian team leaders on the level of formation. This exchange will provoke the blossoming of the "handicap people", the awareness of his skills,possibilities and responsabilities. The answer to these needs will lead to an amelioration of his inclusion of groups with other handicaps and/or valids. This approach is fitted into the goal of "recognition of the 'handicap people as a people before all.
