Magdaléna, o.p.s. is a member of Ecett-Networks NGO. This broad European network has been built by cooperation of institutions who want to improve the quality and results of their teams. Project “ECEtt Erasmus + Mobility” builds on the previous European project of mobility (Lifelong learning program, 2011-2013) as well as further cooperation within the Ecett network. The project is based on the educative methods (MECETT) and uses the tools of benchmarking, continuous and systematic process of monitoring, measuring and comparing educative practices and methods, work processes that can be transferred to different places or organizations within the network. The project provides the opportunities of professional development and education to professionals involved in human centred occupations, in professional education and training or to other practitioners. The final goal is to improve the practical methods of education and working with persons addicted to substances, the improvement of social work and preventive educative methods, or the improvements to the management, coordination, and overall ensuring of vocational education and training, etc. Overall, we plan to involve 28 mobility participants, using the e-learning platform of ECEtt network. Mobility participants are professionals in human centred occupations: the treatment of addictions, social work, education, prevention, treatment and social reintegration, management and coordination, etc. During 2 years, we will conduct 28 mobilities in 7 foreign host organizations (Monar, Poland; CEIS Formazione, Italy; Phoenix Futures, UK; Kethea, Greece; Coolmine, Ireland; Trempoline, Belgium; Argo, Greece). Participants will benefit from mobility type "B" (1 week), resulting in the identification and description of "good practice". Participants will contribute to the enlargement of the ECEtt database with 28 new good practices. The project will enable participants to discover new educative practices and work methods; participants´ feedback will bring new ideas and inspiration in their working teams; will open a professional debate and strengthen European professional relationships between partner organizations, or within the future cooperation between organizations´ working teams in the implementation of good practices in Czech Republic. The quality improvement of existing services will represent a great benefit for service users within the utilization of new approaches in their recovery and education.
