The proposed plan moves in the axis of promoting life learning and the valorisation of informal learning. More specifically it refers to the valorisation of qualifications that were acquired informally by executives of consulting institutions in the sector of the social economy with the creation of a certificate of European scope. The reason the specific plan was chosen is primarily for the enhancement of the educational background of executives in the sector of the social economy as a unique means for its effective growth. Also, through the particular gravity that will give to women, the possibilities of employment of women will be increased and their participation in the labor market will be enhanced. The aim of the programme is the promotion of transparency of qualifications of employed individuals in institutions of consulting in the sector of the social economy. The individuals objectives of the plan is the facilitation of the mobility of workers, the individualization of learning and the wider application of methodologies and procedures of certification that were developed in previous programmes.Moreover the project aims towards the certification of informal qualifications and in the establishment of a European certificate of qualifications with the title “Consultant of Social Economy”, to the assistance of professional growth of executives of consulting structures, in the establishment of a European standard certification, in the facilitation of the comparison of abilities and finally in the development of social enterprises.
