Through developing a common strategy, we will be able to assure the youth’s active participation in different sorts of physical activities. The objective of the seminar is to create a common strategy to help youngsters engage in a more active lifestyle and to develop a healthy eating habit. The main objective is to help workers become promoters of sports and healthy lifestyle, thus continuously promoting healthy lifestyles and organizing events focused on sport. The objective of the youth exchange is to present the possibilities and benefits of a healthy lifestyle to the participants, helping them to develop a healthier eating habit and making physical activities a part of their everyday life. With different informal and non-formal methods, such as creating a special, healthy menu for themselves and each other, or having round table discussions with different specialists, they will be able to familiarize themselves with the perks of a healthy life. For achieving our goals, we will use methods/tools as: workshops, round table discussions, creative problem solving, role playing games, physical exercises (yoga, pilates, aerobic etc.), presentations, intercultural evenings. We expect that after the seminar, the youth workers will implement the strategies in their countries, successfully promoting the healthy lifestyle among the youth, through various events.
