The aim of the project is to increase understanding of how they live ours peers from former socialist countries and increase our knowledge of the distal and proximal historiii through practical knowledge of dumplings and pancakes. much is said about multiculturalism - but we do not want a dry theory book, but one look at the practical issues (food) and the angle of reflection of what was done and the impact of globalization are, and where this is the place for taking care of traditions. The action will be attended by 26 people from 5 countries, we will meet on 29.06.-07.07.2015. We will work in mixed groups, both using theatrical scenes, virtually cooking and preparing the event for the local community. The result of our work will be a European cookbook with dumplings, which will promote in their countries after the meeting. project will allow us to develop organizational skills, learn cooking interesting dishes, a better understanding of the history of our closest neighbors.
