The aim of the project is the validation of non-formal knowledge for employees in the rubber manufacturing industry and to upgrade and adapt the assessor’s training and employee training program, transferable in all segments of the rubber manufacturing industry.- To achieve the aim, we have set the following objectives:- To analyse the ways of transferring the good practice case on validation of non-formal learning - To adapt the validation of non-formal learning process for the needs of end users and to integrate the model in a rubber manufacturing company in Slovenia- to upgrade the existing “Rubber Knowledge” employee training programme and to fill in the knowledge gaps- to promote the developed e-tool for validation of non-formal knowledge in Slovenia and in EUThe e-validation process will be adapted to the needs of end users in the rubber manufacturing companies in Slovenia. It will be properly integrated and prepared to be transformed for the needs of different sectors and for employees from different countries. One of the important activities will be the defining the competences of the target group and for the portfolio preparation. Based on the results, the individual’s non-formal knowledge – their competences - will be validated and granted an internal diploma. The individuals with the lack of some competences will be enabled to participate the “Rubber knowledge” educational programme combined with additional knowledge transfer provided by project partners.Based on the process of e-validation of non-formal knowledge this educational program will be elaborated as an added value. After the end of the project the participation in the program will be enabled to all the interested individuals, already employed, or with the intention to be employed in the rubber manufacturing.
