The project E-learning for All – F@DO’s Methodology objectives are:• To transfer and adapt an innovative elearning methodology for disadvantage people, based on local partnerships and on more attractive and useful empowering learning process to groups in risk helping in the equal access to qualifications and soft skills for employment.• To create a common guideline for further applications in each country, including special remarks, information and key-factors for the implementation of the F@do methodology in each national context.• To persuade regional and national policymakers for the advantages of the f@do's methodology involving them in the project’s activities and debates.
