The participation in this project will give enable youth to gain the following benefits: -It will give the opportunity to pass a year a broad, learn about other cultures and for some deepen the knowledge of a further language. -It will allow the volunteer a unique experience in a project which is very successfully contributing to social conflict resolutions mainly among young people. -It will bring together young people from different ethnic and cultural groups. -It brings together young people from different European countries as well as from different social environments and classes; it fosters social learning, communication and conflict resolution. -It trains pupils in schools in conflict resolution and supports Schools and Teacher in creating a peaceful school and classroom environment. This project is suitable for young adolescents who have finished the normal schooling system and perhaps are uncertain in which direction they want to go with their further education. This project gives the participants the possibilities to further get to know themselves better, examine existing strengths and weaknesses and aim at improving them. Furthermore it gives youth a possibility to work on their presentation skills and self-conciseness and learn to work in groups with other youth. .
