The main objective of the project is to increase the occupational mobility of the project participants by:- Improving the quality of vocational training, gaining practical experience in the hospitality and gastronomy industry, the training will be certified.- Development of entrepreneurial and mobility attitudes- To encourage openness and cooperation, raise awareness for mental and cultural differences,- Improving a foreign language skills, especially in the field of specialist vocabulary,- To learn about the Portuguese and Spanish foodservice and hospitality companies: the organization and work culture, labor requirements, promotion and marketing that will help participants to find employment abroad, as well as on the domestic labor market and running their own businesses in the future,- Shaping the assertive attitudes which would facilitate active and effective job search and career advancement.Before the abroad part of the project, there will be organized an additional support for the participants in the form of linguistic preparation (English and Portuguese or Spanish) focused on trade and cultural vocabulary (which will also be pursued abroad by foreign partners ) and pedagogical (as a preparation for self-existence in a foreign country).The project includes the organization of work placements for 60 students from the College of Hospitality and the College of Nutrition and Catering Service from School Complex nr 3 in Bochnia in the Portuguese and Spanish companies (small, medium enterprise profile) consistent with the specialization of individual students participating in the internship.The internship will be executed divided into 4 groups (two groups of students: of the Technical of hospitality and Technical of food and household). Internship for each group will last four weeks (20 working days) and students will be able to choose the destination country of the placement: Portugal (Provincia Minho) or Spain (Valencia). Internships will take place in the Portuguese and Spanish SME sector in the area of catering and hospitality. The internship abroad will enable participants:- To acquire skills impossible to obtain in the country- Intercultural experience- Contact with live foreign language and overcome the language barrier which leads to a rapid increase of language skills compared with the effects of learning in school.Moreover, the project will:- Increase the participants' linguistic abilities, communication skills and creativity- Allow participants to establish new connections valuable for their development- Participants will improve their self-esteem and self-confidence in their own capabilities and acquire valuable intercultural skills and competence in problem solving and teamwork.- Increase the chance to obtain employment in the local labor market by increasing the attractiveness of the participants as potential employees,- Help them navigate the EU labor market and faster promotion, it will be possible also thanks to the knowledge of the principles of operation of foreign companies,- Help the participants who are planning to start their own business in the food preparation or hospitality market.
