Youth Centre Villa Elba organises an international leader training course for young people aged 18-25 years. The aim if the training course is to gather young people who are interested to act as leader at international events to give them tools and ideas for organizing youth exchanges and other youth projects. The course is especially designed for young people who would like to become more active in the youth field. They do not necessary have to have a lot of experiences or to be active members of some organisations, the most important is that they are enthusiastic about learning more about leadership and their possibilities for international activities. The aim is that trough this training course the Platform network would gain new youngsters who would be interested to act as leaders at youth exchanges. Our aim is also to offer young people in our communities to become more active and to start to make their own projects. During the course we will handle topics: leadership, group dynamics, intercultural learning, and the role of a leader, conflict management and practicalities regarding working with youth groups.
