The participants of the project are the students of vocational training centers or vocational high schools who are the potential natural gas installers. They will the students who do not have enough practical experience about natural gas installation because there was not natural gas facility in Siirt city until last year and the teachers who wants to improve their vocational and pedagocial capabilities. All participants will be residents of Siirt city. If the project is approved the participants will be in two groups. One group will consist of 20 students and the other one will consist of 20 teacher. Each group will be divided in two sub-groups of 10 Each sub-group will visit different EU country to learn the practical appliacations of natural gas installations and increase their vocational capabilities. After the projects completed the participants will be improved and when they are back in their own city, they will increase the quality of natural gas installation and ease the process of natural gas'es becoming widespread. Moreover this project will increase the qualified employment rates and help improvement of Siirt economy. Sharing recommendations and expectations -- Theoretical and Applied Training in project owner Institute ----- Physical and Chemical Properties of Natural Gas (NG) ----- Oxidation of NG and NG oxidisiers ---- Key points of NG pipe installations Outputs: Participants will improve their vocational capabilities about NG's chemical and physical properties, and NG pipe installations. -- Theoretical and Applied Training in project owner Institute ------- NG steel and copper pipes ------- Test methodolgies of NG pipes Outputs Participants will have the fundamental technical and practical knowledge about NG pipe welding and montage and learn the test methodologies to increase safety of NG pipes. ----- Theoretical and Applied Training in project owner Institute ------- Finding the gas leakage points ------- Repairing of the leakage points At the end of the project not only the participants will have higher chances to be employed as qualified employees but also there will be more desire to vocational trainings in the city. The participants will improve the technical and vocatinal capabilites of natural gas industry employees and by this way they will help to decrease the air pollution rates. Moreover the participants will receive language course and cultural courses before going abroad and by this way they will have a good Europe journey. They will have chance for cultural interaction, introducing the Turkish culture and they will feel the European identity.
