The aim of the project is to create a multi-stage and multi-faceted system supporting the educational activities of the school, by raising the qualification of teachers to modern European standards. Through high competence of teachers we want to interact with the students to build their motivation to learnnning and introduce them new interesting methods of teaching. It will help to our school gain the prestige in the environment and the importance of competitiveness with schools in other European countries. We plan to hold various types of professional development courses, including language learning in order to improve the competence of methodological and English communication, and courses presenting modern teaching methods. The advantage of the choice of courses in European countries is primarily the fact that all courses are held in English, which is nowdays important for teachers, such as Polish, German, Biology, History, Physics. These teachers can improve communication skills in English. English teachers can expand the methodology of teaching English and make changes to work with students. We assume that our actions listed in the school development plan in the future will contribute to the creation of projects related to the mobilities of students and partnerships with other countries. The cooperation on European level is our priority , our previous experiences with exchanges gave us better cooperations and work with youngsters.
