The project aims to train 17 teachers from PGО Ana Mai who teach to students specializing in Hairdressers, Cosmetics, Fashion clothing and Fashion design in regular, distance and individual programs of study. Well qualified teachers in these fields are necessary to prepare the students for the Bulgarian and European labour market. Unfortunately during the recent years in Bulgaria ther is a withdraw of students in the field of fashion, due to the crisis but also due to the lack of qualified teachers who can attract young people to these creative professions. The teachers of PGO have long experience in teaching, participate regularly in qualification courses, but do not have direct contact and experience how their colleagues cope with the crisis in other European countries. The present project will provide participants with the opportunity to learn from the experience in Italy, a country with thousands of small and medium enterprises in the field of fashion and numerous schools and training centres in this field. Through 1 week exchange in Italy with experts and teachers, the participants will improve their professional skills and competencies in the field of fashion and will learn effective techniques to teach in this field. Specific objectives of the project are: learning from the experience of Italian teachers and experts in training students and young people in fashion, new professional competences for managing a SME in the field. The project aims at trasfering good practices in training in fashion which will assure high quality professional training in this field. In Italy the teachers from PGO Ana Mai will learn about best practices for encouraging and managing a SME in fashion and its role in creating jobs and decreasing of unemplyment rate among young people. As a result of the project, 17 teacher from PGO Ana Mai will improve their competences in - professional field, and in particular in teaching hairdressing, cosmetics, fashion clothing, fashion design. The participants will acquire knowledge and know how in teaching new trends in these professions at each stage of the professional training - in cultural field - participants will learn about the history and culture of Italy, a country of rich historical heritage, will learn about the culture of everyday behaviour and relationships and the openness to people of different origin. Participants will improve their skills in working in multicultural environment. PGO Ana Mai will improve its image as an organisation able to work at European level and to provide learning opportunities for its teachers in European countries with traditions in the fashion fields. This will be a novelty for PGO Ana Mai, since it is the first mobility project for teachers in an EU country. The school will improve its capacity for working on EU programs with European partners. The receiving organisation Associazione Imprenditando will improve its image as an organisation which provides professional training at European standards of education. The mobility project will be reflected in the local and regional media, which will improve the image of both partner organisations
