Our Project called “Practical Professional Development Training in Europe” includes Clothing and Manufacturing Technologies And Food and Beverage Services students from Diyarbakır Yenişehir Girls Technical and Vocational High School. The project in which the aim is to incrase the employment level of students from diferent fields by improving vocational development will be implemented in Romania and Portugal. The main problem in Food and Beverage Services is the lack of profession skills at the department of Cake Techniques and Applications due to the technical problems, and for that reason when students graduated from department, their skills are insufficient. The people getting private cake training are more qualified than our students. Because of this situation, it seems that graduated students have unemployment problem in the different fields of sector. This situation is also same with students graduated from Clothing and Manufacturing Technologies department. In the world of men and women seamless underwear production develops itself in tha parallel way with the innovations of textile sector, the number of factories making seamless underwear production is increasing day by day. However, there is not so much skilled technicians who can use SM8 and SM9 in this factories. Students will get various trainings to increase their professional skills. Clothing and Manufacturing Technologies students will get training about the usage of machines used by seamless underwear production in Portugal. Food and Beverage department will get training about Cake Techniques and Applications in Romania. So, they will get skills about Cake Techniques and Applications . Clothing and Manufacturing Technologies students getting required modules in the field of male and female welded underwear manufacturing. But, they don’t get training about seamless underwear production and so They don’t have practical courses in this field. For that reaason the internship that they will take in factory in Portugal is so significant. Students will improve their professional skills and increase their employment level tahnks to trainings implemented in the context of the project. In addition to this, the project will provide not only vocational development, but also economic growvth and social health. By this way, our project will be a successful sample project by local, regional and national effects. For the project management, There will be Project Management Staff. This staff will be reponsible for preparoty works and manage financial, authorative and logistical proceedings. This staff also will be responsible about arrangement of flows and dissemination activities after flows. After the accomplishing whole activities in the project, our students will improve their professional skills according to required needs of the sector. In addition to this, iniitial, linguistic and cultural skills of the students and teachers will be improved and by this way our institution will increase its capacity and will be more preferable.
