The project Theatre as a human space is focused on organization and production activities of the international theatre studio Farm in the Cave. Volunteer will be introduced to all aspects related to running of the independent theatre company, including activities as PR of performances, updating website, preparation for performance- back stage management, keeping archives, fundraising, communication with its colleagues etc. During the period of EDS Farm in the Cave plans work on site-specific performance, play reruns of existing performances, present existing performances on international festivals and organise workshops. Volunteer will be trough small tasks gradually integrated into run of the company and its projects. Main tutor will be Jan Valter /manager/ and Viliam Dočolomanský /director/. They will be in everyday contact with volunteer, passing their experience of leading theatre company. Volunteer will be in touch with all members of company and get opportunity to learn new skills, observe process of preparation of new performance in international environment. / Farm in the Cave has members from Czech Republic, Korea, France, Slovak Republic./ We want to give young people chance to get to know creative environment of independent theatre company. To try, what it is like to be part of theatre community, what it is like when different nations communicate and work in art together. EVS is supposed to help to get new skills and experiences used to increase volunteer's chances to get job after his/her return home. Individual EDS for 1 volunteer will take place at Prague for 12 months. Partnership organization is Truc Sphérique from Slovakia.
