Among the primary pedagogic aims of our school is to prepare the students for getting their qualification, then leading them to the world of work. In our school there are a lot of students with learning, social or behavioral problems. To make the teaching and studying processes effective, our teachers need intense competency.The teachers and the trainers do not always have the proper treatment techniques. For quality training the teachers and trainers have to improve their foreign language skills to cope with the possibilities of the European mobility programs. Between 2014-2016 we have planned further trainings for 10 teachers and trainers in European scenes / IT,SI,FI,ES /, which are didactic, methodological and conflict management programs, furthermore the courses help to improve their foreign language skills. We choose our partners who work with us on the basis of their skills and references. We have a cooperation with a Finnish school,which gives us opportunity for job-shadowing. We incorporate the experiences and new methodological knowledge into the process of teaching and studying, besides the positive changing of teachers’ attitudes are great results which can activate the students’ interests, motivation, behaviour and help to reach our pedagogical aims. The most effective influence is reducing the number of school-leavers without certification. We have planned the implementation process of the project, we try to change our experiences with our partners and evaluate through several aspects.
