Dialogues in multimedia telecommunication

Training in customer-oriented telephone skills : This project centres on a training course in telephone communication skills. It comprises both a CBT program and handbook. Theoretical explanations and practical exercises are used to improve communication skills in the participant's mother tongue and to teach new verbal strategies, which are ideal for customer-oriented telephone conversations in all of the national languages of the project partners. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.
