The Project "Dialogue for Youth" is an EVS project and arised from the common aims of two organisations to develop the learning process and the youth personal/professional development through mobility experience. The main aim of this EVS is to provide an occasion for a mutual encounter of cultures and mentalities of young people, but also to inform others about the people and the culture of their own country. Moreover the project is based on strenghtening the partnership between the 2 involved organisations and to promote the European Erasmus+ Programme between the youngsters of the 2 countries and local communities. The project foresaw two organisations (Associazione Agrado- Italy- as SO and CO, and "Centre for children, Youth and family- Bosnia - as HO) and an already selected italian volunteer (Francesca Fornari), a 25 year girl with a degree in Psychology. The project included realization of conversational languages, creative programs for youth which include social dialogue with young people in rural areas, leisure and educational activities in the town. The beneficiaries were young people from rural areas who are eager for intercultural encounters and acquaintances with young people from other countries. Through a direct encounter with young people, the volunteer developed respect for and is sensibilized about other cultures, experiences personal development and independence, and becomes better prepared for our increasingly interdependent world. The volunteer was engaged as assistant coordinator for youth and international cooperation. Volunteer worked with a mentor on planning and writing an international project for a Seminar and TC, and will be in the management staff if approved.
