Given to the extraordinary situation created by the demandso of employers to ensure their professionally qualified workforce, through a process that they actively participate, reason why the urgency of introducing in the national school education form of adult education, the participation of adults in continuing vocational training is far below European targetsOur project objectives are closely related to the context:1. Identification of minimum 4 good practices in 3 European countries (Austria, Germany and Spain) applying adult education in vocational and technical education to the following 2 years2. Cooperation with minimum 3 educational institutions of technical profile of European countries on school partnership enterprise to the following 2 years3. Improving teaching methods in adult education to the following 2 years4. Improving language skills to the following 2 year, 50% of participating teachers to move from levels A2 to A3.Participants are 12 teachers involved in adult education. They know the problems that have in adult education system, being interested in European schools experience and how can be applied in Romania. Our teachers want the opening to schools, organizations and institutions for training of adults from European countries and want default improving language skills, a necessity arising from better communication with them.Project activities are visits to adult training provider, discussions with representatives of the training center, with local community representatives and adults beneficiaries of this type of education. It wants presentation type of contract between the two institutions in the workshops that highlight the results and positive or negative.For the results obtained by participating in this project to have continuity, our institution will contain in Institutional Development Plan for the year 2016-2017, joint activities with the County School Inspectorate, businesses, local mayors and local schools and region involvement in attracting the adults to the school which provide education, their presenting them examples of good practice in EU countries.Expected impact is a good cooperation between school and trader, with the possibility of adjusting the deficiencies which are provided to be inherent good cooperation reflected in adults motivation .In the same time, participation in project activities will ensure improved communication skills, the intercultural competences and therefore personal development beneficiaries.The long term benefit is to attract as many adults at our school.
