Dezvoltarea competentelor in sistem ECVET pentru ACCES pe piata muncii europeana

The project “The development of skills in ECVET to have ACCESS on the european labor market” aims as a main objective equipment the pupils in their final years of study with required skills of professional insertion, transparent and transnational recognized through attractive internships and training in the abroad workplace, based on new technology and equipments, focused on learning results through ECVET. The aims is to increase the employment and the career opportunities of the graduate students, estimating that at least 16 % of them could continue their studies and 10 % could find a stable employment in the field of training in the first 6 months from the graduation. Qualifications to whom it is addressed the project are: Techn operator computing and the woodworking techn level 4. The starting point in elaboration of the project was that the transnational mobility, integrated part of Romanian curriculum for these students, to be equated and the skills acquired by the trainers recognized trough EVCET in the Romanian school system by the referral organizations and included in the qualification.
To achieve this aim the project team proposes as specific objectives:
Obj.1 The development of knowledge, of competences and professional abilities of the future techn. operator computing and woodworking techn level 4 in order to increase the employment opportunities and participation on the European labor market through international internships within companies that have activity on the specific market or in modern training centers, equipped to international high standards .
Obj.2 The accumulation of skills and personal competences, the familiarization with the working mode and the organizational culture from an European work environment before getting on the labor market.
Obj.3 The improving of linguistic competences for a better adaptation for a socio- professional European medium and promoting the intercultural education.
Obj.4 The promotion and the development of international partnerships in order to facilitate the professional mobility.
The project responds to the need for new skills generated by the great changes the have occurred in society In the last years because of the globalization, because of the new products request, the introduction of the machines with numerical control in the wood-processing industry, the development of on-line, data bases on computerized platforms, virtual communication between objects, the development of information technology in generally and its implementation will contribute to the society development led by the knowledge and achieving the targets, looking for the growth of sustainable and inclusive intelligence of 2020’ s Europe: 82% rate of employment among young people between 20- 34 years and the school drop- out under 10 %.
The project is in line with the Erasmus+ program which has registered as a theme of intervention leaving school early, access for the disadvantaged groups and the priorities and unemployment among young people.
In the project will be included 65 VET trainers, the higher school cycle, the 12 classes, techn. operator computing (45) and the woodworking techn.(20), coming from surrounding countryside of Gheorgheni and of Vlahita, economically least developed small cities, with low access to employment and job opportunities and of Odorheiul Secuiesc , enrolled at Lic T. Fogarasy M. applicant Lic. T. Gabor A. and Col. T. Banyai. J. partner VET schools in VET HrEducation Consortium .
The activities of the project will be realized during 2 years. There will be organized traineeships at the working place for 3 weeks during the reporting period:

The internships will help students to form specific skills at the work place, evaluated in a different system of teaching different from that of Romania, transferred and recognized, included in qualification at home, all of these under an umbrella of some transnational partnerships, signed by an applicant and AFPDM/ EPM Portugal and CKP Poland, documented through MoU which has a duration of 4 year
The anticipated results: 65 of High School alumni with a high level of professional training in the specialization domain, with personal abilities and essential key competences in the society of knowledge, people of future, with a good professional insertion rate and a great capacity of adaptation to the new technology and the practices of the work in changing.
The sustainability is ensured through the use of support materials for learning created during the project and of the positive experience in the implementation of the system ECVET, of Guide of good practice for increasing the employment of graduated student from pre-university education.
