Our Probation Diroctorate give service in Isparta Province and depend on Ministery of Justice-General Diroctorate of Prisons and Detention Houses. Our target group is whom our service given are disadvantaged group get a probation precaution by the Court. Our actions for this disadvantaged group are: prevent addiction, prevent to commit a crime again, employ in useful works for public and providing social integration to make training programmes, seminars and social-cultural activities. Our Project aims to; integration the sentenced to society, prevent to commit a crime again, the rehabilitation of addicts, to develop the protection of society and the aggrieved person and internalizing the new tendencies. İn addition to improve Turkish probation services in EU standards. EU countries have more powerfull past in probation therefore we are going to take a course and making job observation and then we will pass through our experiences the other experts in Turkey. Our staff which are experienced in national and international projects, have vision and mission, focused on enhancing quality, high motivated are consist of 11 person. Our staff are focused on improving professionally and individually, working academically, have innovative ideas, eager to explore EU. Our staff have certificated in adult education which are given by Ministry of Justice. There are 3 phases which are preparation, mobility and evaluation. In the preparation phase Project managament team is going to be constitued, condensed language support, orientation and informative seminars will be presented. There will be two main actions which are course and job observation in the mobility phase The course and job observation will be realised in Italy and the course will be realised in Germany. In the last phase our actions and works evaluated will be given in the report. Then dissemination actions will be realised. Our staff’s motivation will increase in interviews with disadvanteged groups and provide more quality outputs. İn addition to expert staffs which are focused on team working, dissemination using of cognitive methods, to provide permanent attitude alterations for sentenced and facilitation socail integration will have gained skills. Our staff have a great role in sentenced and addicted people’s rehabilitation. Other instutions and corparations will be benefit from our outputs with in a disseminations seminars and trainings in Isparta. Our project results will be disseminated with magazines and newspaper in the whole country to benefit for experts.
