This project refers to the installation and operation of innovative information technologies in order to improve the supplied tourist product of the hot springs,to increase their competitive advantage over other forms of tourism and to promote the hot springs in border areas and the creation of joint tourism packages . In particular, a Central Internet Portal will host promotional content of the Association and its activities, while a central platform for access ta large set of systems and subsystems will contribute in the upgrade of customer services. The particularity of the project is that it will rely on a single, homogenised environment ,innovative functions and electronic services for different target groups. The proposed project will target the implementation of an integrated information system for spa tourism and e-health services and its structure includes 6 steps / actions. Expected Results: The project is going to bring an increase in the percentage of citizens who use spa tourism services, which are fully available online. The more effective proivision of services to the population served by the structures of spa tourism. The development and upgrading of the spa tourism centres, which may lead to job creation in the border region.
