The overall objective of the project is to increase the availability of new facilities and sports equipment for the residents of Elk County and the City of Birštonas. Expected Results: Activities include investment actions such as construction of a sports field in the secondary school in Elk and the purchase of sports equipment for the stadium in Birstonas and “soft” action namely local youth sports exchanges. A five-day exchange will be organised for 3 groups of Polish and 3 groups of Lithuanian youth. During the exchange visits the youth will participate in sport, cultural and integration-focused activities.
