The project overall objectives are, by the means of development of education and educational materials and methods, increased capacity, quality and efficiency of construction and real estate industry in St.Petersburg and Leningrad oblast, enabling sustainable increase in housing construction; Increased capacity in construction and real estate companies to adopt and implement methods for energy efficient construction and production of energy efficient buildings; Increased knowledge in construction and real estate companies on environmental issues and adoption of the knowledge in their day-to-day operations; Improved quality and strengthened effectiveness of construction and real estate sector adult education.
