Development of Competencies in the Local Agenda 21 Process

Developing policies for sustainable development : The project has produced an analysis of the impact of Local Agenda 21 on employment. Based on its findings, training modules have been developed to enable public employees to create policies integrating employment and the environment. This project started in 2001 and lasted 24 months.
