General project objective is to develop the co-operation of educators, students and schoolchildren in the Lithuanian, Polish and Kaliningrad oblast border regions through strengthening the basis of linguistic centres and mutual exchange of experience in the fields of innovations, linguistics and culture.It is intended to prepare the methodological material for improvement of language skills and regional literature heritage. Also, training practice for linguistic students and trips to neighbouring teaching institutions to share work experience should be organised. Innovative language teaching centres in Chernyakhovsk, Marijampole and Punsk should be established after obtaining methodological material and computer equipment necessary. A number of trilateral events (conferences, summer camps, etc.) should be organised, as well.
