The project refers to the problem of lowest chances for education for children from rural districts. Overall objective of the project is supporting sustainable development of rural communities through establishing local partnerships for implementing alternative solutions in pre-school education.Specific objectives of the project include: providing conditions for transferring/adopting experience in sustainable development of rural areas and creating alternative pre-school education; raising skills and competencies of civil and local government servants and implementing training programmes for teachers on working with pre-school children. Expected Results: The main focus was set on innovative solutions to support equal educational chances for rural youth. Taking in account different starting points in both countries, the Polish best practices were studied and adopted to Ukrainian realities. This created new international experience of implementing integrated model in different local conditions. In addition the project made it possible to renovate Ukrainian kindergartens in rural areas.
