The project improved the information base about the ongoing changes in ICT-based jobs, thus improving individual access to reliable, market-oriented information about skills requirements in ICT-based jobs. The primary task was to produce a gender sensitive web-based consulting tool that provides job-seekers with low access information on skills requirements in ICT-based jobs, self-assessment opportunities and an interactive training planning tool. Within the project, the usability of the tool was tested with this primary target group, and with related professionals such as vocational counsellors in Public Employment Services, schools and training centres, too, by providing information about demand trends and job profiles in ICT-based jobs. A well-developed tool ready for broad usage in European countries is now offered to users, complemented by value services in the process of dissemination, which were carried out in close collaboration with supporting partners and using different means of dissemination in all partner countries.
