The project will work on a well-structured and structural pedagogical approach fully integrating science education in schooling through the establishment of enquire based learning based on an entrepreneurial attitude and practice of pupils and students towards their future. Partners see thereto the necessity and opportunities to thematically connect all sources of knowledge and experience in an Open Educational Region (OPEDUCA) with school based learning. Therewith also serving priorities in the fields of social inclusion, sustainable development and citizenship. An integrated approach and multifunctional cooperation of public and private partners will achieve a full-fledged lasting development of science education and bridge the worlds of school and work, realizing pupils/students’ intrinsic motivation to learn and enhancing teachers’ competences to guide and learn together with them.The Projects outcome and exploitation will fundamentally innovate education through schooling resulting from the full integration of science education, entrepreneurship, ESD, citizenship and technology learning. The projects objective of further professionalization of teachers will be key to enable youngsters to learn Anytime, Anyplace, through Any Device, with Anybody on all future relevant themes, addressing all school subjects in a curriculum proof way and presenting their achievements as entrepreneurs of their and our common future in close cooperation with private industry and all other educational sources made available for their inquire based learning in the region and worldwide. The project sees to the organization and methodologies of such integrated approach on education and schooling, seek out what is already is in place for upgrade and how the perceived innovation can best be effected. The integrated regional approach now developed first in 30 European regions will form a solid base for policy, linking regional and national policy to the European level and vice versa.
