This project or two mobilities are calculated to bring more developmental strength and resources to Áskorun, a training and educational provider in Iceland. It covers two activities, 1) a job-shadowing project and 2) a training/workshop/seminar on a topic relevant to the the staff of the company, for its function and to increase the resources available to the educators and facilitators of the company. It is hoped that the results will empower and add resources to the educators, and strengthen the whole basis of the company, by adding to and developing competences within the company and enable it to deliver and provide deeper and qualitatively better educational provisions for adults. In the long term, these mobilities can strengthen the basis on which this company rests and improve the quality of its products. And the long term benefits for the participants and educators at Áskorun is a deeper and more balanced knowledge and greater capabilities of delivering quality educational events and learning possibilities for adults.
