Developing an European SOFTWARE to VALIDATE and RECOGNIZE the KEY NON FORMAL & INFORMAL Competences needed by the SENIORS who are VOLUNTEERS in Social & Educational Activities

European ageing might be an opportunity if we´re able to use the great knowledge mass generated by our elder. Activating them socially, allowing transference of this knowledge is the best way to create value basing on sustainability and knowledge & boosting the role of elders inside inclusive society (European Strategy 2020). It´s necessary the IMPLEMENTATION of systems for RECOGNITION&VALIDATION of NON FORMAL&INFORMAL learning to help motivate adults (ET 2020), thus increasing their social relevance & solidarity between generations (Conclusions Council 11/05/2010 on social dimension of evaluation&training). A feasible way to do it is promoting their participation as VOLUNTEERS (2011 European Year of Volunteering). But it´s necessary to create mechanisms favoring & encouraging this participation. Mostly, senior volunteer act wilfully & intuitively & they do not use all the knowledge potential they´re able to transfer to others. This provokes high rates of failure, apathy&under motivation.It´s necessary to develop some inclusive, efficient and efficacious adult learning systems, providing social and personal added value (Action Plan on Adult Learning 2007). The VOLUNTEERS, specially SENIORS, require devices favoring the validation & recognition of the (not formal-informal) key competences needed to act as volunteer. This would motivate and improve the performance of the seniors as volunteers. The present systems privilege the traditional learning. The invisibility of Not Formal-Informal learning (hidden curriculum) are a brake for the access of seniors to learning systems (ET 2020)We´ll develop & experience a SOFTWARE to recognise & validate not formal-informal key LEARNING OUTCOMES (EQF) allowing senior volunteers improve their access to Social & Educational volunteering; knowing to validate whether they´ve the key L.O. to be volunteer, encourage their motivation after recognizing them; improving their skills to plan adapted training process will avoid WILFULNESS
