Project 'Develop, inspire, lead! ' is a training-course, developed in frames of 'Erasmus + ' programme, KA 1 in the area of youth. Its main aim is the development of leadership competences of the persons, who are directly working with young people.Additional objectives are to: increase the key competences of participants and the development of cooperation between partner organizations.In the project will take part 20 people of 10 organizations, who are current or future leaders in their organizations or local communities.The project will be implemented within the framework of the training, carried out active methods, involving a large involvement of the participants. We will use the entire range of available tools: from the workshop forms, simulation and discussion, self-reflection and work in subgroups, ending with the various forms of artistic expression (painting, role-plays). All activities will be in accordance with the Kolb’s cycle. Evaluation will be very important of the learning process of the participants and the entire project.Thanks to our project the potential of the partner organisations to achieve more efficient and more effective initiatives will raise. Competent leaders will be in a more capable to stimulate the activity of youth, as well as make the groups better to perform the tasks entrusted to them.
