The DeSqual-project aims to adopt, to adapt, to carry-out and to evaluate parts of an existing succesful and comprehensive training programme (i.e. results of NLQAVET programme) for professionals working in organisation providing VET-services for people with disabilities, so the individual quality behaviour of professionals, the quality awareness of all workers and the quality culture in the organisation for VET providers for PWD will be enhanced and improved. The training programme will be used by those VET-providers who have successfully implemented the EQAVET framework in their quality structure/quality system.
