During the international youth exchange in Poznan the participants from Spain, Germany, Poland and Italy devoted themselves to the topic of exclusion, migration, discrimination, racism and diversity in societies. 45 young people in mixed national groups prepared a performance using styles of dancing, singing, theatre and acrobatic which in the end was shown to the habitants of Poznan in the “Scena Wspolna” theatre. The participants prepared some information about the understatement of excluded groups, minorities and diversity within their country and exchanged them among themselves. In the very first days, discussions, cooperation-games, and meetings with cultural and religious minorities took places as well as meetings with organizations supporting excluded people. All Information collected this way were worked out by the youth in the workshops into acrobatic and theatre scenes just as choreographies. Trough the collective working on the performance the youngsters gained new competences in the area of intercultural communication they enhanced their creativity and won knowledge on the topic of diversity in societies. The program contained as well introduction exercises and some warming ups for the work on stage, excursions in Poznan and surrounding and free time which gave the possibility to make contacts by oneself and to get to know polish culture. Further a cultural evening took place during which the participants presented culture and tradition of their countries, the culinary and the educational system. The leaders of the program gave a introduction to Erasmus Plus to the participants and explained what possibilities they have by making use of the Program.
