PROJECT
FINISHED
The aim of the project is to examine the different ways of finding the interests and competences for a future job already in the process of school education. A side effect of the research shall be to get fit for a future Europe, i.e. travelling, studying, living or working within the European Union. As all 3 partner schools have the same objectives in their national curriculum, in the course of doing research and working together it is expected to exchange our means and opportunities in order to find the best way to fulfil the above mentioned aims.As all schools have already worked together in a previous Comenius programme it is a continuation of our started work with completely new pupils and a more sophisticated topic and programme, which is totally based on the real world and interests of the participants.Checking the conditions and the environment under which all partner institutions work, we found out that each school has a different approach to achieve their aims of educating young people. Secondly, each partner school puts emphasis on another aspect in a pupil's life. The reason might be found in the variety of the schools and the different school system in the three European countries. Thirdly, it is intended to involve new organisations and partners to realize the objectives of the common project, e.g. job centres, universities, firms that employ young people etc.Using the modern means of technology all partners intend to communicate on a regular base, i.e. weekly to monthly video conferences on "Skype" or messages on "What's app". All written correspondence including the sending of material shall be held per email. As we already used these means during the preparation of the project and completion of the application form we could see that our cooperation and communication works. In the project meetings teachers and pupils will meet once or twice a year to exchange the results of our research. First pupils of the hosting institution will give an input to the topic, which will be followed by workshops to exchange experiences. Beside the three so-called European weeks the coordinators of the schools will meet to evaluate the work and results and if necessary to adapt to new strategy. To fulfil the programme our school is ready to take part in teacher training courses.Beginning with the school administration which wants to implement changes of the organisation of the school day. Followed by sitting in classes at our partner schools and taking part in language courses - all these measures have only one aim: to help our European school project to succeed.
