Many Rorna organisations are working in the sphere of formal education, but there is also a need to increase activities with Roma youth in the field of non-formal education.Providing opportunities for Roma young people most actively involved in international youth organisation3 arid 'n international youth work to develop their leadership and communication skills became one of the main way for them to participate in society and to practice and exercise democratic power sharing.This training is widening the participants' horizons. Well trained, competent young Roma leaders and workers Who come back to their local level can be a very important resource for the development and concrete work of their organization. This 7 days training course aims to enable 30 Roma young leaderg/ vorkers from 9 countries, from which 5 are- Programme Countries: Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey and 4 are Neighbouring Partner Countries (SEE): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Republic of Macedonia, and will take place in Mavrovo, Macedoni3- These organizations are actively involved in the running of youth structures to develop their attitudes, improve their skills and receive additional information and knowledge in order to manage youih organisations in a democratic, efficient and effective manner.
