Kitchen is the backbone at hotels and other tourism enterprises. The compliments and critics made in social media are the major determinants in the choice of restaurants and attachment of any restaurant in smart phones is another essential element of such determinants. Because of this reason, it is planned to send the students from Food and Beverage Departments for apprenticeship training in Food Presentation.The word ‘motor’ means ‘motion’ for 0-7 age groups. In fact, the movement of arms and legs of babies called ‘measuring’ checked by adults since the 40th days of babies from ancient times is a perfect ‘baby exercise’. The asymmetric exercises are specially emphasized by physicians since such exercises equally stimulate the right and left brain lobes. Thus, it is aimed to send the students from Child Development and Education Department for apprenticeship training in development of motor skills of children to develop themselves in this field and better understand the related exercises. Computer network is the information repository in which information Exchange is made rapidly providing easy access to information. Today, companies, smart houses and all of the government systems are kept in operation by means of these network infrastructures. The co-functional and trouble-free operation of different machines and programs connected to these networks ensures the functionality of general habitat. It is aimed to send the students from Information Technologies Department for apprenticeship training in connection to devices in network infrastructures to gain experience and improve practices in this field.The students from Information Technologies Department will improve their competencies in interpretation of data of online devices within a network, control of connection of devices, control of telnet connection and communication between Networks after they complete the apprenticeship training in connection to devices in network at the end of the Project activities.The students from Child Development and Education Department will practice the physical exercises and have the children practiced these exercises as a result of apprenticeship training in Development of Motor Skills of Children. They will learn about the creative physical exercises for understanding of body health of children, determination and evaluation of motive power of body, prevention of gaining excessive weight, increasing the bone density, increasing the physical capacity and ensuring the increase of capabilities and self-confidence of children during this period. They will learn the staying in balance movements, types of tumbles and hanging movements and gymnastic exercises in a more structured format including new contents and equipment arrangements in the apprenticeship training. The students from Food and Beverage Services Department will learn about the appetizers and starters, salad, main dish, olive oil dishes, pastry, cake and tart, milk puddings, fruit and trifle in applied courses organized with chefs during the apprenticeship training in food presentation subject.In addition to the above mentioned matters, all participants personally will experience the followings:They will understand the importance of speaking foreign language and establishment of intercultural dialogue, improve the professional foreign language and have chance to increase the employment opportunity for themselves in the future. They will see the different life styles, cultures and traditions of the countries they visit, overcome their prejudices as a result of intercultural dialogue and world vision and improve their self-confidences as a result of personal experiences. They will chance not only for information of new cultures but also for presentation of our culture abroad
