Our institution has been highly motivated to put the pieces of a new Erasmus Plus mobility project together. This project will enable two of our Spanish teachers to improve their teaching via a training course at the Escuela Don Quijote in Grenade. Moreover, two primary school teachers, applying for a job shadowing mobility in Slovenia will be able to observe new language teaching methods and to start a new partnership with our welcoming school. these mobilities aim at improving the linguistic, cultural and teaching skills of the teachers but another goal is to give the school a real opening on Europe and the rest of the world together with a real dynamism on mobility. In order to confirm these mobilities, a Europass will be created for each participant. Eventually the aim of these mobilities is to give the teachers the opportunity of speaking a more authentic language and to teach the students a specific cultural knowledge. But the course will also improve the quality of the teaching methods in our schools through ICTs, a real profit in the teaching process. This way ,the students will be better prepared and will find a new motivation and another perspective in their learning process. Furthermore,this project, by opening our school on Europe and the world will facilitate new meetings in order to create other partnerships and new mobility projects. .
