The project is conducted in the city of Albacete, southeast of the Central Plateau . This is a draft European Voluntary Service , which hosts 4 volunteers Objectives of the project: - Provide opportunities and support for young people involved in youth projects ; - Promoting intercultural focus on youth projects developed by the City ; - Bringing the European reality township youth and participation of young people and organizations in the city in the Erasmus program + The project duration is 17 months from January 2015 , with the length of service of 12 months. Participating country : Germany and Italy The activities to be undertaken by volunteers covering different areas: Development activities in areas of children , seniors and the environment; events Young mobility, collaboration in groups of conversational exchange ; information on resources and youth projects , promotion of youth centers During the activity , participatory methodologies based on the principles and values of non - formal education will be used . The main objective is to increase the active involvement of the participants in the sessions and promote the exchange of ideas and good practices, as well as the process of thinking , reflection and brainstorming. The expected outcome is the promotion of youth volunteering and creation of a network of partners who will be able to continue developing projects within the Erasmus Programme and will take over the role of host organizations . This will definitely generate a multiplier effect of mobility and training for young people , which will produce an improvement of their own skills, abilities and opportunities to participate.
