The apprenticeship is integrally connected with the students' curriculum in Poland
The training will take place in Mai 2015. The participants will be the students of the second and the third grade of Technical High School carefully chosen in the process of selection. The students will be accompanied by two teachers from the school who will provide the linguistic, pedagogical and vocational support as well as monitoring and evaluation of the training. They will track the students’ progress and will assess the quality of the training in cooperation with German instructors
The general aim of the project is learning new skills and gaining experience but also making students aware of the importance of workers’ mobility within the European Union. The project will provide the students with foreign training so that they could develop professionally and personally. The effect of the training will be not only developing practical skills but also enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education and training and mobility for individuals and personal development. The participation in the project will be a valuable component of the vocational education. The students will gain professional competence and intercultural knowledge so they will be ready for further professional development. They will be equipped with the ability to undertake new tasks on constantly changing labor market and they will be more competitive and flexible. The language practice and the experience of using the foreign language both in everyday situations and at work is also a crucial element of the project

The school will take care about the insurance and will buy the work wear. The logistic support to the beneficiaries will be given also by the school which will organize the transfer to Frankfurt, and by the German partner who will provide not only the training but also the accommodation and cultural program.
