Following a meeting between the structures of three territories, Gafsa, Mahdia and Saint-Nazaire, the desire emerged to organize for a group of French and Tunisian youths an reciprocal youth exchange in the three territories, in order to materialize at the youth level the multiple links between our three territories. We decided to form a group of sixteen young people from 17 to 22 years (eight Tunisian, eight French) having no previous international mobility experience. They will be, in turn, welcomed in Gafsa, Mahdia and Saint-Nazaire to discover the realities of the youth of each territory. Through the realization of collective activities, the discovery of the territory and formal and informal exchanges, youth will experience a real intercultural encounter for twenty days. The production of a film and of texts throughout the exchange and the participation to public events related to international and intercultural awareness will raise young audiences' awareness of international mobility and solidarity through associative and institutional cooperation. The youth will participate to all stages of the project: everyday program as well as cooking, in order to enable them to gain self-confidence and autonomy in project implementation.
