Aims: The aims of the project are those of the young participants do acquire, in a non formal way, a set of concepts aimed at developing the "European spirit". European consciousness, we are united in diversity but we are mainly citizens of the United Europe. It makes no sense to be nationalists within the Union. It is important to have a well defined cultural identity which tend, however, to cooperate actively with the other peoples of Europe.
Project objectives: The objectives of the project are manifold; first analysis of the democratic process and how it can determine the peoples of the Union are separated. Another goal of the project is closely linked with democracy, active citizenship is pointing to an active social involvement of young people in Europe which aims to give more voices in the chapter on important issues within the Union. We will discuss also the issue of immigration from outside Europe, of the problems and potential resources that it presents. Finally, we will speak of dictatorships and how they relate to the countries of the dictatorial governments outside Europe and how the EU can act to bring down these regimes.
Activities: The activities for this project include the formal essentially the comparison is not mediated through the "creative lab" based on the analysis and viewing of films, documentaries, and non-formal fun activities extrapolated from the manual COMPASS. Our aim is to analyze and develop the concept of democracy and how this right of every citizen can become a powerful tool to influence policy and the life of the European Union.
Target: the age of the project participants is between 18 and 25 years of both sexes. They are also allowed minors but only if you have parental permission and responsible as a result.
