The subject of the project "Color of life" is an opportunity for self-expression and exploration of new cultures, social inclusion and active participation of young hearing-impaired people into society. The main topic is Environmental Protection, prevention of youth unemployment for young people with hearing disabilities, alternative tourism as an employment opportunity.The project is an international exchange, which will involve 32 hearing impaired youth from Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland and Spain aged between 16 and '28. Each group will have a leader guide and sign language interpreter fluent in English, who will support the process of communication between the four groups. The exchange is scheduled for the end of August 2016 and will be hosted at the Rodopi mountain, BulgariaThe main topics that young people from four countries will discuss are environmental protection, Natura 2000, alternative and responsible tourism as an opportunity for employment, orientation, knowledge of biodiversity, first aid, cultural heritage - customs and traditions. An experienced mountain guide will lead the training part of the program based on the principles of non-formal education and active participation of young people in activities and outdoor sports.
