The overall objective of the project is the development of human potential by improvement of educational opportunities. The developers of the project plan to undertake activities targeted at strengthening of cooperation and rising of qualification level of specialists of cultural institutions, and also at improving of representation of cultural facilities situated in the Programme area in the eyes of local society and in the Internet. Expected Results: 1. Creation of a new integrated educational programme in culture, which will be oriented on labour market, on using the internet technologies and on involvement of cultural professionals from small towns. It is envisaged that this programme will be recognized and highly demanded by stakeholders and target groups of the project such as art-managers, specialists of culture and art.2. Establishment of cooperation of cultural professionals from the neighboring countries aimed at increase of accessibility and ensuring of availability of new forms of education for cultural specialists and experts from Kaliningrad region, and border territories of Poland and Lithuania. The increased amount of cross-border cultural and art events will act as the indicator of effectiveness of this result.
