Culture (music, theatre, and dance) will be used as a tool to promote decision making and activity of young people.
The main theme of the project is is unemployment of young people. It is actual and problematic all over the Europe. Raising of unemployment of young people is problem of European interest too. young people from different countries will carry the problem with the help of non-formal cooperation, will share good and bad practice, will bring the results to their countries. They will get feeling of European citizenship and understanding that they must cope with the main problems of Europe themselves.
Specific objectives of the project:
- Raise citizens' awareness of their right to live freely in the European Union;
- To increase public awareness about how they can benefit from EU rights and policies, as well as promoting their active participation in shaping EU policies;
- To stimulate discussion on the impact of free movement rights and opportunities, in particular in relation to cohesion and mutual understanding between the people.
Our project directly contributes to these goals. After all, every young person has the right not only to know and understand the importance of the European Union and its impact on everyday life, but also to contribute to the sustainable development of Europe and help solve its problems (such as the one currently pressing problem of youth unemployment). Based on our experience the best way is to live in interaction, and the project aims to provide the opportunity for young people to understand their role in Europe and its processes. Our project develops a conscious European citizen, who is a pro-active participant of the community, country and whole Europe.
