                         The Youth exchange will be held  in Targovishte ,  between the period  11  - 20  August 2016. with the participation of 42 participants from 6 countries (Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Lithuania, Romania and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia).   During the activities we will use the  methods of non-formal education and informal learning.  . We will also use the methods of drama education, games, simulations, case studies, outdoor activities, workshops, activities for the development of basic skills, brainstorming, theater activities, discussions and interviews with the local people, group work and meetings to evaluate the work.   This Youth Exchange aims to  raise awareness of young people by focusing on the themes of intercultural dialogue, intercultural diversity, xenophobia and racism. We believe that we now have the opportunity to fight social exclusion caused by cultural, ethnic or religious differences and to support peace in Europe, young people are the key to achieving this. We want participants to understand the relationship between culture and social inclusion.  The project objectives are:- Promoting intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding between young people living in Europe who belong to different social and cultural backgrounds.- Promoting respect for cultural diversity and combating racism and xenophobia.- Raising awareness among young people for  intercultural dialogue and intercultural diversity.- Strengthening intercultural understanding among young people in order to understand the common values of Europe.- Achieving a deeper understanding and providing visibility in the society  of people facing  discrimination and social exclusion because of their cultural, ethnic and religious differences.- Raise awareness and tolerance among young people.- Support for the awareness of young people, how our own attitudes and behavior could contribute to alleviating the problem of discrimination, social exclusion due to cultural differences, racism and xenophobia.- Exchange of views and ideas with the aim of mutual understanding and respect- Helping  young people with different cultures to get rid of prejudices.- Supporting  the development of tolerance among young people, by bringing together and mutual work of young from different cultures, ethnicity and religion.- Promoting social acceptance and inclusion of young migrants, asylum seekers living in Europe.- Support for social inclusion of young people from minority groups.- Giving young people the opportunity to find common values with people from different countries, regardless of their cultural differences.- Informing for  Erasmus + programme and encourage participants to actively participate in international projects.    Within this project we will pay attention to intercultural dialogue cultural diversity, discrimination caused by cultural or ethnic differences , the rights of minority groups, xenophobia and racism. At the same time will help to inform young people for the   opportunities  that Erasmus + programme offers. We believe that through this project, participating individuals will develop their knowledge and skills for cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue, discrimination, minority rights, and after they return, by sharing knowledge and skills with their organizations will create the effect on  local and national level. This project will enable young people to find common values with people from different countries, regardless of their cultural differences and thus to get rid of prejudices.
