The overall purpose of the project is to develop a joint Oresund education and increased competence within cultural planning in a cooperation between local and regional partners within the public sector and educational institutions in the region.The concrete goals of the project are to:a) develop an education module and competence within cultural planning based on interaction between theory and praxisb) carry out concrete cultural planning applications and then start local projcts in the region in order to see the effects of a cultural planning frameworkc) carry out a concrete cultural study in order to obtain more knowledge on the cultural diversity as well as the common cultural features in the Oresund Regiond) develop a web-based cross-border tool for cultural mapping and a database.The effects of this work are to create a region with cultural dynamism, creativity and economic growth.
