General objective: the Development of the cultural cooperation relationships between the cultural centers from the Romanian-Ukrainian Cross-border area Specific objectives: 1. The facilitation of the bounds between 5 culture institution, cultural centre, from Romania and Ukraine, within 12 months.2. The raising of the material base of 3 cultural centres from the target area for the sustaining of their activity, within 9 months.3. The Cultural Centre support for the institutional development strategies realization, within 10 months.Main activities:1.2 The organization of two work visits (experience change) of a 15 cultural operators in Romania, respectively in Ukraine;1.3 The organization of a cultural management course for the 15 cultural operators from Romania and Ukraine;1.4 The youth training from the Kreuleanka folkloric group from Repedea in dances and Ukrainian folkloric songs;2.1. The acquisition of goods for the cultural institution endowment from the rural environment for a better function;3.3. Ukrainian traditional songs collection from the Romanian-Ukrainian Cross-border area. Expected Results: The organization of 2 changing of experience (one in Romania an one in Ukraine);30 representatives of the cultural operators from the area (cultural centre manager, school director, instructors, teachers), participants within the 2 changing of experience;Organization of a management cultural course in Repedea City, Maramures County;The instruction of a 15 cultural operators in the cultural management;The endowment of a 3 cultural institution with goods for a better function;Realization of a 5 strategies for the institutional development, of the cultural institutions from the area;The realization of an authentic folklore collection on the Ruscova Valley;The realization of folklore performance promotion brochure (500 samples in Romanian language and 500 samples in Ukrainian language); The youths training from Kreuleanka folkloric group from Repedea concerning dances and12 traditional Ukrainian folkloric songs;The organization of folkloric performance in Repedea Village;The participation of 5 folkloric groups at the common folkloric performance.
