The project" Cultur'ille " is a bilateral youth exchange between France and Ireland. It will take place from Friday, August 15 to Sunday, August 24, 2014 , in Brittany on the community of municipalities of Val d' Ille ( territory of 10 villages in the north of Rennes) with 18 young people aged between 14 to 17 years old.
This project stems from the desire of a group of young people who participated in european youth exchange and wishing to turn their host young people from another country in their territory.
The stay will also allow participants to experience a way of "healthy" lifestyle for travel, leisure and how to eat will be reflected and " eco-responsible" (cycling or walking, preparation of meals from local and seasonal products , meeting with "green" organic producers ( poultry farm , farmer , baker ... ), leisure and nature ...
This project aims to:
- Develop a sense of citizenship among young people by meeting with citizen volunteers involved in the life of their territory
- Develop the expression of youth artistic and cultural practice
- Educate young people about healthy lifestyles through eco-responsible practices in terms of entertainment , food and travel .
- Develop the territory to young people through their participation in the local dynamics.
